Volunteer at Northside Hospital Cherokee
Thank you for your interest in the Northside Hospital Cherokee Volunteer Program. We are proud of the volunteer services at Northside Cherokee and offer opportunities in a variety of settings. If accepted into our program, you will join individuals of all ages and backgrounds who are dedicated to giving back to our hospital and community while helping us achieve our vision of delivering world-class healthcare.

About Our Volunteer Program
The Department of Volunteer Services non-clinical support to both patients and staff throughout Northside Hospital Cherokee.

Volunteer opportunities are available:

• 7 days a week
• 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
• Some evening and weekend opportunities are available

Volunteer Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Minimum one year of service
• Submit Application Fee
  • $40.00 for applicants under age 60
  • $30.00 for applicants age 60 and older

Application Process
Upon receipt of a completed application and application fee, applicants will complete the following steps. The application process typically takes about one month to complete.

1. Background check
2. In-person interview
3. Health screening
4. Orientation
5. Placement in a volunteer role
